Process for Submitting Samples
New to Columbia Valley Wine Lab? Start by filling out the New Client Form.
The form helps us make sure we send Results Reports and Invoices to the correct people.
Please fill out the form before submitting samples.
Next, collect and label your samples.
Grab tubes and labels from any of our drop boxes. We restock them frequently.
Feel free to use your own tubes or sample containers, we're not picky.
Then, collect your sample, place a label with the Sample ID on each tube and seal tight.
Note: Sample results reflect the quality of sampling practices. Just ask if you have questions about best practices to get a representative sample!
Then, Drop the samples off and text Ruthie at 509-820-6837 by 9am.
Let us know if any samples have been, or will be, dropped off!
We have drop boxes located throughout the Columbia Valley AVA. Find the closest one to you and place the samples in the cooler for pick up later that morning.
Finally, check your inbox for the Results Report.
Results are typically sent the same afternoon/evening after being received.
We deliver results via pdf, Excel or .csv via email. Depending on your preferred method of formatting.
